Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are nice. the hotel offers tasty breakfasts and dinners, with the option of Italian wine.
There is construction happening at the hotel, which can be a bit disruptive. There is also a smell of naphtalene in the rooms, which can make the nights unpleasant.

The staff was very good, the breakfast was VARIED, everything was great. I got fairly quiet and luxury room with a mini-fridge and coffee. The property's location was stunning and marvellous, on the palm tree garden. Moreover, it's not far from the outskirts of town as well as wildlife.

Clean rooms and quality amenities. Excellent customer service and lovely garden. The swimming pool is an added bonus and great for cooling off. It was very peaceful and quiet, situated close to some interesting sites.
I noticed that the hotel was undergoing an extension during my stay and this affected a small part of the hotel. However, it did not affect my experience and there was no disturbance during my stay.

We had the best stay during our Easter break! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with our needs. the hotel's garden area was truly idyllic and provided a relaxing environment right outside our door. the hotel's free transportation service was a major advantage, allowing us to easily explore the city and even plan our next trip at no extra cost.
One minor downside was the condition of the bicycles provided. It would have been great if they were in better shape, with adjustable seats and both brakes working properly.
